Our role
Hydrocolloid Acne Patch Source Is an Independent Sourcing Service
We help US business buyers structure patch requirements, contact potential manufacturers and compare factory responses on a consistent basis. We are not a factory, clinic, testing laboratory, regulatory adviser or authorized representative of a third-party brand. Our directory describes configurations that may be requested; it does not establish inventory, certification, medical suitability or supplier approval.
The working record begins with what the buyer knows and preserves what remains open. A product-family reference may suggest questions about construction, dimensions or packaging, but it is labeled as a reference. Proposed material, tolerance, count, label, document, price and delivery details stay unconfirmed until the quoted supplier answers for its exact product. The buyer and its qualified advisers retain final approval.
Responsibilities are separated in the sourcing record
Provided by the buyer
Intended business channel, requested patch format, target dimensions, desired packaging, quantity by variant, US destination, timing and acceptance concerns. Optional budget includes currency and its piece, pouch or full-order basis.
Open for clarification
Construction, thickness, tolerances, adhesive and wear conditions, ingredient declaration when applicable, artwork scope and the wording of any intended claim. Open fields are not completed with assumptions.
Commercial scope
MOQ by configuration, sample charges, pieces per pouch, pouches per carton, total pieces, packaging setup, quoted currency, delivery term, freight responsibility and explicitly excluded costs.
Documents and decisions
Exact-product label and supporting files, manufacturer identity, document scope and validity, sample observations, unresolved questions, responsible reviewer and recorded buyer approval for the final quotation revision.
A worked count may be recorded without implying availability: 300 pouches × 12 pieces equals 3,600 pieces. If a second offer quotes 300 individual pieces, the quantities are not equivalent and the unit-price columns should not be compared.
Identity boundary and evidence ownership
Buyer-provided
Requirements, target quantities, intended market, packaging preference and decision criteria are recorded as buyer inputs. They describe the request, not a finished supplier capability.
Public reference
A publicly accessible product or procurement workflow may help frame questions. It does not become our product, authorization, certification, test result, endorsement or current quotation.
Supplier-confirmed
Every proposed construction, size, thickness, count, label file, document, lead assumption, price and delivery inclusion must be tied to the responding manufacturer and dated offer.
Buyer-approved
Sample acceptance, claim language, quality criteria, regulatory review, budget and supplier selection remain decisions of the business buyer and the qualified professionals it appoints.
What this method cannot establish
Supplier responses can be incomplete or change between revisions. A sample may not prove production-lot consistency. A document may cover a different manufacturer, configuration, market or date. A sourcing comparison cannot diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a condition, and cannot replace legal, quality, clinical or regulatory review. These limits remain visible instead of being converted into marketing claims.
Submit the patch construction questions, dimensions, packaging counts, quantity, US destination and required files. We will organize the brief for independent factory quote coordination; supplier replies and buyer approval remain distinct evidence stages.
