Inquiry information

The form may collect your name, work email, company, optional telephone number and purchasing requirements. We use this information to review and respond to the sourcing request.

Form enhancement

If JavaScript is enabled, optional product, budget and supplier-preference controls are serialized into the existing requirements field when a valid form is submitted. The visible textarea is not overwritten, and each form instance is handled independently. Without JavaScript, you can write the same details directly in the requirements field and submit the form.

Sourcing notice storage

The browser stores a local firstShownAt timestamp to apply the notice’s maximum seven-day display window and a session value when the ticker is closed. The timestamp is used to prevent the display window from restarting after refresh, reopening or a new session. It is not deleted automatically after seven days; retaining it allows the browser to recognize that the window has expired. The expired notice remains hidden and its open control is disabled.

If browser storage is unavailable, the sourcing benefit display fails closed rather than creating an untracked window. The notice text does not establish a price, discount, supplier status or product claim.

Sharing and retention

Inquiry details may be used with potential suppliers or service providers only as needed to evaluate the business request, subject to applicable arrangements. Retention depends on the inquiry, legal obligations and operational needs; this policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

You may omit optional telephone, budget and preference information. You may ask about the handling of an inquiry through the contact page. Browser storage can be managed through your browser settings, although clearing the timestamp may cause the notice to be treated as a first visit.
