Requirement intake
Submit a Hydrocolloid Acne Patch Source Purchasing Brief
Send the configuration, quantity denominator, US destination and questions that factories must answer. We use the brief to coordinate independent sourcing discussions; it is not a clinical consultation, an order acceptance or proof that a product is available.
Do not send patient information, medical records or sensitive health details. Describe the business product requirement and intended buyer channel instead.
What makes a patch inquiry comparable
Identify the requested product family and any acceptable alternatives. State round, oval or custom format; diameter or dimensions in mm; target thickness; hydrocolloid or other layer questions; adhesive and wear conditions; requested color or finish; and any applicable ingredient declaration that the supplier must confirm.
Express quantity by variant and named unit. Write pieces per pouch, pouches per retail box or carton, carton quantity and total pieces when known. A request for “1,000 units” remains ambiguous until the unit is defined. Include the US destination, target decision or delivery timing, sample purpose, label or artwork needs and exact-product files required for review.
You may add a target budget or range with currency and a per-piece, per-pouch or full-order basis. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided describes your preference; it is not a verified supplier rating. A current quotation is not required.
How the request moves
- Brief review: we identify missing specifications, count ambiguity and evidence questions.
- Factory inquiry: potential suppliers receive the same requested configuration and commercial scope.
- Response normalization: replies are aligned by material, dimensions, count, price basis, documents and exclusions.
- Buyer decision: you and your qualified reviewers approve samples, claims, evidence, budget and supplier selection.
Communication is handled through the inquiry response details you provide. This site does not publish a fabricated office address, telephone number, social account or map location.

Keep facts, requests and confirmations distinct
Write requested values as requests and unknowns as “supplier to confirm.” Do not state a certificate, material, claim, lead time or carton count as fact unless you have evidence tied to the exact proposed product and manufacturer.
A sample check can record appearance, dimensions, count and label fit, but one sample does not establish future lot consistency or medical suitability. Note who will conduct quality, regulatory, claim and commercial review.
